Quick answers before you sign in.
Every seller signs in the same way — with Google, or with an email and password. Store owners who joined with Google can add a password in the console under Password & security. Staff always use the email and password their store owner created.
No. Each account runs one store, and its kind is fixed when the store is created. Use a second Google account or email address if you need the other lane.
Owners: sign in with Google and set a new password under Password & security. Staff: ask your store owner to reset it from Team & staff — there is no self-service reset for staff seats.
No. Creating a supplier or dropshipper account is free and there is no monthly fee. Suppliers earn their wholesale price on every unit; dropshippers keep the margin they set.
Stores are self-serve and are usually verified within 24 hours. You can add products while you wait — they go live with the store.
Everything lives in the store console — products, orders, payouts, team seats, domain and branding. Sign in here and you land there directly.
Dropshippers: open the store console, go to Store (Your store on a computer) → Pricing & markup, pick the new percentage and save. Every product that follows your store markup reprices at once, so there is nothing to edit product by product. Products you gave your own price keep it unless you tick the reset option, and orders already placed keep the price the customer paid.
Suppliers: yes. Open the store console, go to Store (Your store on a computer) → Delivery fee & offers. Keep the platform fee, make delivery free, or set your own fee — and override it per product in the product editor. You can also run offers such as free delivery over Rs 3,000 or a free-delivery weekend, for all products or selected ones. One order from your store pays the highest fee among its products. If the courier charges more than the delivery fee your customer paid, the difference comes off your earnings.
