Part of the JULKÉ Foot Care range, the Heel & Back Inserts constitute therapeutic memory foam cushions arranged in a wide  T-shape and covered with breathable cotton.

Designed in a wide mushroom-like shape for maximum coverage, like their name, these foot care accessories help cushion your heel and ankle altogether. The extended bottom adds much needed padding to relieve ankle pain. Whereas the ovular top is divided into 3 equally sectioned cushions for targeting pain relief and protection from ankle blisters. Small, strategically arranged bumps over the cotton surface help keep the foot from slipping out of the shoe.

How To Use: Remove protective covering from flat side of gel pad and attach to the top back part and heel on the inside of your shoes before wearing.
